Dispatch WIP - Robert Robertson 3D

Finally got back into making Dispatch models. I need to fix his rig, add clothes, maybe make his mech suit mark 1 and 2. That said, depending on his reception and if people actually want to buy his model, he may be the last model I do for dispatch. I can only do so much if so few find interest in it.
